David,
Is there a reason you have limited your scope to these brands? If
you already have NBU licensed for Win2K, what do you hope to gain by moving
it to Solaris?

Subject: [SunHELP] Tape Library solution
Hi,
I am desperately seeking a tape backup solution that is cheaper that
Compaq. We need to have a 5 tape minimum robot and a system to connect
it to.
I have been looking at the L9 and a netra T1 ac200 but it blows the
budget. We already have Veritas NBU and I am hoping to move the
licenses from Win2k to Solaris.
If anyone has found a cheap Sun solution (or non-Windows) for tape
backups (considering we are already using Veritas) could they please
advise?
TIA
Dave Baldwin
