[SunHELP] POST Failed: Cause dump_async_error

Hi,

I am trying to get up one ultra5 and it started to
give me a new message , which says Power On Self Test
Failed. Cause: dump_async_error. 

env's are:
auto-boot   false
diag-switch true

boot cdrom
gives that messages ,
INIT: Cannot create /var/adm/utmpx
INIT: failed write of utmpx entry: " "
INIT: SINGLE USER MODE /dev/fd/3: /dev/fd/3: cannot
open
ENTER RU;N LEVEL(0-6, s or S) [3]:

and hangs.

Before dump_async_error error POST was telling Self
test failed: Cause CPU (Basic).

I think CPU is broken down but not sure. 

What do you advise?
