[SunHELP] Help with video through KVM switch

Good morning,

I have a brand new Rose UltraMatrix KVM switch (UM4-CH). I am trying to use
it to connect 2 x E450's and 3 x E250's to a pair of monitors and
keyboards. The E450's have 13W3 video ports and the E250's have HD15 video
ports via Raptor cards. I got the E450's connected with no problem. When I
connect one of the E250's, the keyboard and mouse work, but I can't get
video to the monitor. If I run the keyboard through the Rose switch and run
the video directly to a monitor (not connected to the switch) I have both
keyboard and video. The only problem is with running the video signal
through the switch. I have the most recent recommended patch cluster
installed on the E250.

My question to the group is, if anyone is using a Rose UltraMatrix KVM
switch with E250's containing Raptor video cards, how did you make it work.
The only suggestion Rose has been able to give me so far is to try
different resolutions and refresh rates. From checking Sun's documentation
for the video card I have to make the changes at the OK prompt (I hate
working at the OK prompt).
