[SunHELP] Performance monitoring

Hi,

We have Sun Sparc with 4 CPU's & 4GB RAM with 30 developers. They all
work on Java applications. It is found that when 5-6 developers compile
their code simultaneously, the top shows that the idle % drops to 15-18%.
VMSTAT shows that the Page outs are in the range of 20-25 on average. Is
there any way to boost the performance?
