[SunHELP] Ultra 1 will not boot to ok

I have an Ultra1 that will not boot.  When I power it on the
keyboard lights flash and I hear a beep but then it stops.
This is the output I see with a terminal connected to the A
port:

  Button Power ON

If I hold the STOP and n keys while powering up the unit I get
