[SunHELP] GDM20E20 Help

I recently bought a 20" Sun Monitor for my PC. I bought the special Adapter
for it too. But when I installed it, I only got a garbled screen and the green
power button kept blinking then changed  to Amber light.  I set the Adapter
Frequency Setting to 85 Hertz but to no avail.
