This works only for SUNW,Ultra-Enterprise systems (Exx00 and up).
It's intent was to allow system with CPUs that have more than 4MB of
ecache boot Solaris 2.6. Once the Solaris 2.6 kernel patch was applied
(which allowed it to be able to cope with >4MB of ecache), the limit could
be removed.
