[SunHELP] install custom NIC

thanks for sloving my problem about 2nd harddrive  now

i am facing another problem i just installed a
ehternet controller installed its driver from vendors
then i ran this command  #touch /reconfigure as told
in the documents 
now i can see the deivce files in /dev but not in
ifconfig -a 
i have made the appropiate files in /etc but still no 
entrys in ifconfig -a

what should i do ?
the driver are ok i varified them .
