[SunHELP] CM751 refresh bummer

I have a Sun 19".  I have tried every available driver in an effort to change
the refresh rate, but it seems that nothing will work.  Every time I attempt
to increase the refresh rate a blue bar pops up at the bottom of the screen
displaying the same 60Hz with no change.  I do a lot of drawing on my computer
and the flicker is driving me nuts!  I am seeking suggestions on what I should
try next.
