| Yes there is. You can use host/netmask pairs instead of IP addresses.
| e.g 10.0.0.0/255.255.255.0

You can also specify it like this --

   sshd: .foo.com, 24.28.70.

which will do what you think it will.  It's basically what Chris said,
but it's another way to specify it.
