[SunHELP] network traffic

Hi again

I would like to know if someone have done a network traffic test where one
are able to see how much of the total network capacity a host uses. I have
tried to check the snoop out, but are not able to figure out if it can be
done with that command.

Any ideas or script/tools are welcome
