[SunHELP] (U//FOUO) broken manpages

Ever try to search archives for help on manpages... think about it.

Anyway, my manpages are broken on a solaris 7 box.
Examples:
	"man  apache"	------>  No manual entry for apache.  (An SGML
manpage was found for  '  apache' but it cannot be displayed)
	"man ls"	------>  ls  (1b)  -M  /usr/man
