[SunHELP] limit a users emailing via sendmail?

If given a user, "x". I've been asked if we can limit them to sending
email to only users "a", "b", and "c".
Just to make it a bit more difficult, we're talking using a POP3 client.
I haven't dug into sendmail.cf, it's scary in there...
