[SunHELP] E220R external disk

There is a 68-pin UltraSCSI port on the system's back
panel (E220R). If an external disk is connected to
this port, would there be any performance difference
if say it were connected to a PCI card plugged into
one of the PCI slots. If so, why? This server will be
used as a small database server.
