[SunHELP] E3500 not booting up

[Philips Anwin-Q16166]

Hi,
 
I am not able boot  E3500 server using boot command at OK prompt. The following Error message is displayed.
 
Time out waiting for ARP RARP packet
 
I am able to boot the system the system with
boot bootdisk
boot mirrordisk
at OK prompt
 
and
 
boot-device=bootdisk mirrordisk
 
Can someone suggest me a solution for this problem?
