[SunHELP] Strange problem

I've successfully compiled ssh-2.4 on a Solaris 7 box but with one hitch.
When I run 'make install' I get errors such as this:

 //usr/sbin//install -c  ssh2 /usr/local/bin/ssh2
cp: cannot access /usr/local/bin/ssh2

As far as I can tell the syntax of the 'install' program is incorrect
(backwards). I can install these by hand but this won't solve the problem
for future builds. Anyone seen this problem and know of a fix?

P.S.

I did run the install command by hand reversing the syntax and it
installed the binary.

Jon
