Hi list
Im working on a system which has the automount set up.
The /etc/auto_master
looks like this
Master map for automounter
#
+auto_master
/net -hosts -nosuid,nobrowse
/home auto_home -nobrowse
/xfn -xfn
When i go in to
/net i see folowing
w cd /net
w ls
mgt_mosaic
w
when i cd to mgt_mosaic
and do ls i get this
net/mgt_mosaic
wls
export share share2 spool var
w
When i try to cd to one of thos directory i get error message NFS server not
responding
what im not undertstanding is that the mgt_mosaic is in the /etc/hosts and
is representing the hostname from 1 of 3 network interfaces, how can i
changes this. Should i nshare it from somewhere and how to automount it
true a specifik interface.
Im not very familiar with the automount setup, would it be better to nfs
share those thinks and nfsmount them in the vfstab. If that is the case how
can i disable the automount
Best regards
