[SunHELP] configuring 2 nic on one system

Hello all

 I have 2 ethernet cards on a single system 
 one card i configured during setup which is working
alright .
 but the other card which is also a ISA card ...
 but when i try to configure it with ifconfig it says
no such device...

but it is detecting it .. in the dmesg it shows

ISA - device : elx0
elx0 is /isa/elx at 1 , 300

which file i have to edit in order to chage my ip
permently
