[SunHELP] rsh and out of privileged ports message

All,

I have a proprietary scheduler application that responsible of launching
jobs (~2000 jobs) to lots of Sun server.  The scheduler started to act up
lately and terminates with an error message "out of privileged ports".
Looking into the code, we found out that the application is doing rsh to the
rest of the of the Sun server to run and keep track of this large number of
jobs.  We traced the problem and found out that rsh already used all the
privileged ports/sockets (0-1023).  Is there a way to increase the number of
ports available to rsh beyond 1023 (actual, we also found out that it only
can use ports from ~524-1023 only).  Is there any product out there that
does not have this limitation?
