You'll probably need a properly sys'ed flopppy initially. Get a dos prompt
on a Win 9x.Millenium machine and just...

C:\> sys a:

... a blank floppy. This is all assuming you have tried just booting off the
CD in the first place?

Win 95 B up to Millenium *should* be interchangable AFAIK.
