[SunHELP] Fatal error message displayed

Dear Sir
I am using Sun-Enterprise Server - 3500.
When I tried to login as su user for other than the
root user I get the following error message:

ld.so.1: -sh: fatal: libgen.so.1: open failed: No such
file or directory

Kindly suggest me the possible solution.
