[SunHELP] ADMIN NOTE: Move terrorism discussions to the Geeks list

I've let this go on off-topic long enough.  It was okay on tuesday and
wednesday when the list could be used as an information distribution
service, but its way off-topic by now.

Please move any discussions about terrorism, the WTC / Pentagon stuff,
etc, to the geeks at sunhelp.org list:

If I see any more people discussing it here after 24 hours, I'll start
