Changing root's shell is a Bad Thing [tm].

You should always leave /sbin/sh as root's default shell, it's statically
linked and therefore doesn't rely on any external libraries to function
correctly. Meaning you still have a fully functional shell in the event of,
for instance, /usr not being mounted succesfully on boot.
