[SunHELP] Too many files open ?

Hey all,

yesterday a Ultra2 with Solaris 8 crashed.

In the messages-file there are only two lines just before the crash.

Oct 29 15:10:51 Sun-Server pcshare[29603]: [ID 702911 daemon.error] pipe:
Too many open files
Oct 29 15:10:51 Sun-Server last message repeated 2 times

Help needed.
