[SunHELP] Enquiry on setting file descriptor

Hi,

I would like to set the file descriptor to the below setting. Is there any thing
we need to take into consideration, eg RAM, other system parameters...? Will
there be any impact on the server after changing this parameters?

set rlim_fd_max = 4096
set rlim_fd_cur = 1024
