[SunHELP] Legato Storage Manager

Yes it will shutdown Legato, but it will start up again after 
rebooting.   Check your /etc/rc2.d or /etc/rc3.d scripts to disable it 
permanently.  Sorry I can't be more specific, but we don't use Legato here, 
I'm working from memory.
