[SunHELP] Root passwd?

Just one small thing, which I'm sure everyone knows so just a reminder
you need to do:
     # cd   /a/etc
or
     # cd /a
     # cd etc

otherwise you wind up back on CD  in /etc trying to edit a
file on a read only F/S.

I hear you.  Typical Friday mentality!  Do this:
from the ok prompt, boot cdrom -s
mount c0t0d0s0 (or whatever your boot device is) to /a
cd /a
cd /etc
vi shadow
wipe out root's passwd
reboot

and you're off to the races.  have a good weekend
