They didnt tell you what failed?  If not, I'd be suspicious.   What kind of
errors are you getting?  It could be something as simple as the midplane or
memory needs to be reseated.  Ultra 5's tend to lose the onboard ide for the
disks.  Try doing a "stop A" while the system is coming up.  Then type
probe-ide.  Do the devices show up?
