[SunHELP] Disabling chmod and chgrp for users.

Hi! By default in Solaris chown is disabled for users and can be enabled
using the rschown parameter through /etc/system . What I was curious was
that are there any similar parameters for chmod and chgrp which can
enable/disable theses commands for users? Anybody have an idea on this. I
tried searching on the WEB but no luck so far.
