Hi

Firstly, please submit in text not HTML as this is not appropriate for some.

Answers

1) get to ok prompt and type

boot -s

2) Hold the control key down and type the D key

3) You will need a bootable CDROM to boot the system. To backup the system
use ufsdump command on each mounted partition (see man page for full
description). Use df -k command to view your mounted partitions.

Dear all,
How do I boot in single user mode?
How do I exit single user mode?
How do I perform a system backup? i.e.: I need an emergency bootable tape.
Best regards.
