[SunHELP] sun rack to regular rack conversion kit

Is there such a thing?  We just received some A1000's with rackmount
kits.  However, they apparently only work in a bonafied Sun rack.
They just don't work in a regular computer rack.  Has to do with the
orientation of the screws.  Does anyone sell a conversion kit?
Or, do we just throw those rack mount kits away and drop the A1000
on a shelf?  :-(
