You don't have to do anything from the server side.  The only thing that
would be helpful is to set the server interface to 100 Full in the
/etc/system and set the port on the switch to 100 Full.  Although that
switch may not support 100 so 10 if not.  In short the auto negotiate is a
little flaky between Sun and Cisco.

I wouldn't worry at all about the VLAN issues.  We've ran Cisco switches
with routing cards in the switch for years.

Now my E250 use Fast Ethernet [hme]. If I need to plug this interface with
Cisco 2924, then set VLAN on that switch. 
Does my SUN Fast Ethernet support VLAN [IEEE 802.1q] ?
If support, what I have to do with my Solaris 2.6 or anything? 
If not, what kind of card that I must use to support 802.1q?
