Hi,

I use an autoloader with ufsdump to take backups. Let us say that =
level 0 backup was spread over 2 tapes. When I try to restore a level 1 =
backup which is on 2nd tape I get=20

[server1/home/nkn/restore#]ufsrestore -iv
Verify volume and initialize maps
Media block size is 126
Dump date: Mon May 14 04:10:01 2001
Dumped from: Sun May 13 04:10:01 2001
Level 1 dump of / on server1:/dev/dsk/c0t0d0s1
Label: none
Extract directories from tape
Initialize symbol table.

ufsrestore >
ufsrestore > ex *
Extract requested files
You have not read any volumes yet.
Unless you know which volume your file(s) are on you should start
with the last volume and work towards the first.
Specify next volume #: 2
Mount volume 2
then enter volume name (default: /dev/rmt/0)
Wrong dump date
        got: Sun May 13 04:10:01 2001
        wanted: Mon May 14 04:10:01 2001
You have not read any volumes yet.
Unless you know which volume your file(s) are on you should start
with the last volume and work towards the first.
Specify next volume #:

How to resolve this problem. Backup is correctly done which I can see by =
doing ls but I am not able to restore.

Thanks,
Naresh
