[SunHELP] 411 case

There are two internal clips on each side toward the rear of the box.  Take a
paper clip or a very thin screw driver and insert it into one of the holes located
a quarter inch down from the top of the box and a half inch in from the back end
of the box.  Do this on both sides in order to release the clips.  The case cover
is hinged at the front so lift the cover off starting from the top rear.
