Netbackup is a veritas product. You may be able to find scripts that 
automate processes using the CLI commands available, but I don't beleieve 
anyone but veritas make "tools" for a veritas product.

If you are looking for a free tool that performs network backups you could 
check amanda ( http://www.amanda.org )
