What type of system? If it is a sun4u, you should see info on Power
Supplies using /usr/platform/sun4u/sbin/prtdiag -v

At the bottom of the output you will see your power supplies. You should
also see something in /var/adm/messages
if there is a power supply failure.

Subject: [SunHELP] Identifying the redundent power supply failure

In sun systems, is it possible to identify the redundent power supplies
failure without physically visiting the site? Does the system record the
event in the syslog or /var/adm/messages?
