[SunHELP] Running Oracle Forms in Port 80 other than root

'netstat -a' does not show anything listening on port 80.  Answerbook is not
running on this particular server.  I have forwarded all your suggestions to
our Unix Sysadmin.  I'll keep the list informed as to the result.
