[SunHELP] Running Oracle Forms in Port 80 other than root

Any ports under 1027 cannot be bound to by any other user besides Root
or a root equivalent user. Port 80 is usually used by httpd (Apache) but
there that answerbook server might take that..but I doubt it.
When you do a 'netstat -a' do you see anything listening on port 80? Or
saying 'www'?
