[SunHELP] re: cpu problems

Hi,

We got an Ultra 5 with an UltraSparc IIi 400 Mhz processor running Solaris 8 
64 bit with kernel patch 108528-05 installed.

It's rebooting itself at least once a day. Sometimes the reboot is successful, 
other times it doesn't come back up.

A quick look in /var/adm/messages tells me that we are getting kernel panics.
There is also the following message:

[AFT1] Ecache Tag Parity Error on CPU0 Data access at TL=0

The machine is a test box running Netscape Web Server and Weblogic App Server.

I can't find any patch info from Sun's website regarding this error. The only 
advice I've had is to either reseat the CPU or to replace the CPU.

Two questions:
Is this my only option?
How do you reseat a CPU?
