	on our E3500 with dual UltraSparc 400mhz and 1024Mb ram hosting a
large oracle database this error repeated twice in the last 4 weeks the
error from alter_BILLING.log:

ORA-04031: unable to allocate 4096 bytes of shared memory

 is this error oracle based error or system ram/memory error ? although
the dba said he alocated 600mb of memory on the database startup.
