[SunHELP] su to root does not force password prompt

Thanks a lot for the excellent responses... but
actually I forgot to mention the real circumstances
under which "su" to root fails (when the password is
expired):

if I connect to the Sun via telnet (i.e. remote), it
fails.
If I connect from the system console via root, I get
prompted for the new password. 

So this is really a problem, if you don't allow direct
root access (I don't) and the Sun box is in a remote
location where you can't just walk over to login
through the system console...
