MonitorWorld (ww.monitorworld.com) has hints that the GDM-1962B is
fixed-frequency only. To use a PC with this CRT you will have some
trouble programming the VGA card (IIRC the beast will do 1152x900 at 66Hz,
1152x900 at 76Hz and 1280x1024 at 66Hz)
