First, do you see the WAN links' LAPB message on the console, I presume
its DOWN? If so your X25 configs are not matching. I also assume, your
trying to dial-out and establish connection with another peer. So find
out from the other end (peer) if the number and configs match yours.
Let me know, how it goes.
