is there a good reason for them having the router?  no matter how many 
interfaces you put on it, it's always going to be the bottleneck.  if at
all possible, get them all on the same subnet.  if there is a good reason
for them being on seperate subnets, say so and we'll try and come up with
the best solution for you.
