[SunHELP] BOUND for int

Hi,

I have a e250 with a RealServer and a webserver.
when I do a netstat -na I get
 *.36062              *.*                0      0    
0      0 BOUND

I don't understand why this port is into the state
BOUND, more strange is that it opens other ports with
this state and after a while I don't see them. What
kind of a process could do that ?
