As long as the drive is actually a LVD/SE device (can operate in either a
LVD environment or a SE environment), then you shouldn't have a problem.
Just remember that the drive won't be able to reach its max performance in
a SE environment. (And you'll need the adapter mentioned in question #2.)

Yes. There are adapters for pretty much every SCSI connector combination
as long as you're remaining within the same type of bus.
