 Are you still referring to the root user issue that you've already mentioned? If
so, that has already been answered. You either comment out or remove the
CONSOLE=/dev/console entry. Redefining the CONSOLE variable does not
do what you apparently assumed that it does.
 Also, dtlogin is not a verb.
