[SunHELP] Telnet/dtlogin problem in Solaris 7

[sunhelp at sunhelp.org]

Unable to telnet into server.

Unable to dtlogin from console. dtlogin blamks screen and restarts.

inetd is running
inetd.conf correctly configured for telnet.

pam.conf appears correctly configured.

No TCP Wrappers set.

Any ideas?
