[SunHELP] URGENT: ufsrestore fails with: xtrmap: too many map entries

Hello again,

I just tried to restore a ufsdump made to a file on Solaris2.6
on a different Solaris8 installation.

Sol2.6>> ufsdump 0f dumpfilename unmounted-filesystem

Sol8>> ufsrestore rf dumpfilename
xtrmap: too many map entries

The error is consistent for three different filesystems in
sizes between 18 to 30 GB.
In sol2.6 the ufs filesystem was on a Veritas volume and it
was to be restored on Sol8 in a 278GB raid manager partition
with ufs filesystem.

Any suggestions are very welcome,
