Hello, my Sun Blade 100 behaves weird after adding 256MB RAM to it. It freezes when it switches into the Safe-Some-Energy Mode. Of course, maybe it's the RAM but I was wondering if this is a known problem. The RAM is 133Mhz Memory with ECC. Any help is appreciated, -Moritz
